I am a highly dedicated professional with a focus on customer satisfaction and improving business operations. My works completed to date have resulted in achieving an almost two hundred percent revenue increase at emerald airport, and a consistent positive improvement of community trust and satisfaction since 2020. This ensured Emerald Airport remained 1 of only 3 airports within Australia that did not have a decrease in revenue due to a nationwide restriction to air travel. I possess a strong commitment to gaining and implementing both knowledge and skills to every aspect of my career, resulting in being able to maintain, diagnose and repair all systems and equipment currently in place at Emerald Airport. These include but are not limited to; Car-park access control, Airport security equipment, Conveyor belts, small motor landscaping equipment, Heavy mobile farm equipment, and IT Networking. I excel in highly demanding situations, and have very effective time management and prioritization skills due to exposure of numerous and vastly varying environmental factors and work requirements ranging from- time restrictive and time sensitive repairs- completing works in environmental hazards such as underground, extreme weather events, and all environments between- working in and around security sensitive aviation areas- working vastly varied hours due to major large-scale projects; and- emergency situations leading and collaborating with emergency services. All the above experience has resulted in a customer orientated work ethic, and an extremely broad skill set that can be applied to any situation, while also being able to act in any circumstance and solve all problems in relatively short time frames.
