I report directly to the VP of Retail and drive digital product strategy, commercial performance, and technical innovation at scale. My leadership experience spans- Launching public offerings (IPO/SPO) via mobile-first platforms - Building private equity practices and deal structuring via SPVs - Leading investment strategy across HNW clients, retail investors, and B2C channels - Managing cross-functional teams across product, tech, and sales Earlier in my career, I held senior positions in international brokerages, including BCS and QBF, helping raise over $3B in IPO volume and managing 200+ placements globally.
