About Dzmitry Kotsik

I have successful experience in delivering new features during all phases of their life cycle starting with brainstorming ideas, UX research, user testing, proceeding with estimation, delivering MVP using AB tests and tracking, finishing with full features roll out (sometimes roll back :)) and making sure of covering features with automated checks (unit tests, integration tests, alarms in APM and tracking systems).I am used to working on highly loaded projects with millions of users. I know and have used different ways to reduce harm of possible incidents, ways to deliver the fix and make sure it is working. My aim on is to make clear for the team and fully support Incident Management.Automated quality checks is the most efficient way to keep project in a good condition. I have experience writing all types of tests including both Apple’s and external tools. I use existing tools for code quality checks (SwiftLint, Danger), extended them with custom checks and wrote even more quality checks scripts from the scratch. I have experience configuring different CI solutions (Bitrise, fastlane, TeamCity, Jenkins, Bamboo, CC) to run automated quality checks, deliver test builds and automate release process.
