With over a decade of experience at Air Products, Middle East, I lead various facets of business operations, including finance, accounts, sales, marketing, production, and HR. Currently based in Dubai, UAE, I hold the dual roles of Regional Operations and Maintenance Manager for the Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, as well as the General Manager of Bahrain, in addition I am also a Board Director for 2 of our high-profile JVs. My career trajectory underscores my ability to deliver tangible results, from optimising processes to maximising revenues and reducing costs. I have a proven track record of elevating EBITDA and operational efficiency while maintaining a safety-first culture and driving sustainability initiatives. As a board member/director for two Joint Ventures (JVs) in Oman and the UAE, I actively contribute to strategic planning, crisis management, and financial oversight, ensuring the ventures' long-term viability and success. My expertise spans strategic planning, operations management, leadership, and team development, all underpinned by a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. I am adept at navigating complex challenges, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring regulatory compliance to achieve business objectives. With a Master's in Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's in Electrical & Control Engineering from Alexandria University, I combine technical knowledge with strategic acumen to drive impactful change. Outside of work, I am fluent in Arabic and English, and I continually seek opportunities to expand my skill set through professional development and training programs. I am proficient in Agile and Hybrid Waterfall methodologies and adept at utilising various systems, including eMOC, MS Office, SharePoint, and SAP Software Solutions.
