The gap between engineering teams who create great designs and our customers has been a gap that fascinates me, enough that I've built my career around it. I've often found very smart engineers who don't know exactly how to communicate their ideas in a way that customers need to hear. On the flip side, I've found customers who don't know exactly how they need their problems solved. In my roles at Trane, I've bridged that gap by understanding complex technical topics and being able to communicate those topics to our sales teams, and our customers. My hobbies match the main theme of my career. When time permits I enjoy spending time in my garage on woodworking projects, or out on a golf course competing and talking to people. I also enjoy reading and learning a variety of different topics both work-related and completely for my entertainment.
