I am currently looking for the next opportunity with a company that is looking for a creative team building engineer. During my career I have been a leader in the development of two separate organizations in the HVAC field. The first is Utica Boilers when I started at Utica the company was a small foundry/manufacture (Utica Radiator) in central New York selling Cast Iron Heating radiators to the wholesale market. By the time I completed my time there I had built an highly technical engineering group consisting of over 20 engineers/technicians/designers, and I was directly responsible for the engineering/manufacture a complete HVAC product line consisting of the most advanced Boilers on the market. The second company was Aerco International, Inc. Aerco was a small company located in Northvale,N.J. selling two commercial boiler/water heaters and a line of commercial indirect waters. During those nine plus years I was responsible for the development of a complete line of gas fired commercial condensing modulating on demand water heaters the only one of its kind in the world, and a complete line of commercial gas fired condensing modulating water boilers. By the time I was finished at Aerco we had the number one selling line of commercial condensing boilers and water heaters in the North America. The success of these efforts resulted in the company being sold to a public company for 260+ million.
