About Ebba Nilsson

I'm a Product Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of people and technology and I'm passionate about shaping ways of working, projects and products. With a technical background, I have a good understanding of the technical and design challenges of creating products, which I use when translating goals and needs between teams and stakeholders. I've gained experience in agile environments in start-ups, fast-paced projects and larger companies. My leadership style is communicative, caring and direct. I'm driven by delivering good results and making the team feel that their work is meaningful. I'm eager to learn and approach challenges with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset. I manage product development by seeking perspectives, taking responsibility, and communicating openly.
