Investment Professional at Solix and former management consultant at McKinsey & Company, Economist, and army officer. At Solix, I evaluate and carry out control investments in B2B manufacturing and service companies, typically headquartered in the Nordics. I also take part in subsequent board work, strategy, business development projects, and exit processes to maximize value creation. During my time at McKinsey, I worked with advanced industrial and technology companies on various projects such as transformations, strategy, M&A, sales, and digital business building. My first professional leadership exposure was at the age of 20, leading a platoon of 50 soldiers, including 5 sergeants. Both of my two consecutive platoons were rated as the best out of nine in the battalion. I enjoy spending time thinking, reading, and learning from people. I typically receive positive feedback on my ability to foster good relations, quickly understand and structure complex problems, think rationally and analytically when making decisions, and prioritise effectively to lead fast execution.
