Projects of note are: 171 Collins Street Completed 2013- Project Leader for Premium Grade office development that achieved 6 Star Green Star As Built rating, first 6 Star NABERS Energy base building in Victoria and currently holds 6 Star NABERS IE and Waste ratings. We continue to provide advice on ecological improvements to this asset. 990 La Trobe - Melbourne Water HQ - 6 Star NABERS Water and achieved 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating C2 Dandenong Office - Currently holds 5.5 Star NABERS Energy rating 150 Collins Street - 6 Star Green STar and 5 Star NABERS Energy Also have provided advice to major investment company on Net Zero emissions strategy, assisting a Federal Government agency with relocation of there Melbourne HQ to new premises. I am actively working on Net Zero Energy projects and also assisting on COVID-19 best practice building operations strategies. I am also working with a team developing our smart analytics capability to develop better mechanisms for Landlords and Tenants to achieve their environmental objectives. Technical advisor for NDIA, MCC, and WorkSafe Victoria on Ecological development and Wellness strategies. I worked with Worksafe as technical advisor and project briefing on their relocation to Geelong HQ and on their new Melbourne HQ, I worked with ACT Government as a technical advisor for relocations for Dickson and Constitution Place and continue to provide assistance with elements of their Net Zero roadmap. Have worked with University of Melbourne on their first 6 Star As Built development and with Deakin University on a number of campus developments I am currently a NABERS Assessor, Well AP and GSAP.
