As a seasoned engineering executive and a startup advisor, Ebenezer has led mid-sized to large companies through significant technological transformations. At Citrix, Ebenezer crafted a comprehensive Data & AI strategy, establishing a real-time data platform that unified data across the company’s entire portfolio. He developed an AI platform that streamlined MLOps and established a Machine Learning center of excellence, driving AI projects that enhanced analytics products and introduced machine learning-driven features in WAF, SD WAN, intelligent workspace, data protection, and virtual assistants. Continuing his trailblazing work at OutSystems, Ebenezer led the development of a unified data platform connecting developers to end users and established a robust AI platform and research team from scratch. His strategic leadership resulted in pioneering AI-driven capabilities such as the AI Mentor System, AI Agent Builder, Data Fabric, and Project Morpheus.
