Currently, as a Treatment Home Support Worker at Empower Simcoe, I help clients thrive through personalized treatment plans, compassionate outreach, and a strong commitment to dignity, equity, and inclusion. My Social Work diploma from Georgian College strengthened my skills in self-management, CPR, and computer literacy—tools I use daily to enhance collaboration and ensure the people I support receive the resources, guidance, and care they need. Over the years, I’ve worked with adults, youth, and survivors of domestic violence across various organizations, always with the same goal: to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth.
