About Ebin Pradeepam

I am a data engineer at Axis Bank. I work on making data easier to use, whether that’s by building scalable pipelines, automating reports, or helping teams get clear, reliable insights from complex information. I mainly work with SQL, Pyspark, and Informatica IICS. One project I’m particularly proud of is the Balanced Scorecard KRA dashboard. I helped design and automate a system that handled complex calculations to generate performance ratings and final scores for branch, cluster, circle, and region heads. It reduced manual effort, improved accuracy, and gave leadership faster access to the insights they needed for appraisals and decision-making. I also played a key role in building a metadata-driven, self-service dynamic load framework in IICS, which allows teams to manage data loads with minimal manual steps — boosting efficiency and scalability across projects. Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into cloud platforms- AWS and Databricks to continue growing as a data professional. I’m passionate about building systems that make data more accessible, reliable, and impactful — and always open to meaningful collaboration.
