An Associate Professor at UQ with more than 20 years of experience in the area of organic semiconductor device fabrication and testing in a wide variety of electrical and optical systems such as light emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic transistors, organic light emitting transistors, organic solar cells, and organic semiconductor lasers. Furthermore, he has broad experience with nano-imprint lithography, optical lithography, and steady-state and time-resolved femtosecond spectroscopy measurements. Ebinazar has published > 90 articles in the best international journals including Nat. Photonics, Nat. Materials, Adv. Materials, JACS and ACS Nano. He has co-authored a an academic textbook on semiconducting and metallic polymers with Nobel Laureate Prof. Alan Heeger. The book, titled “Semiconducting and Metallic Polymers”, Oxford University Press, London ISBN-10: 0198528647, 2010. The book was also recently translated into Chinese (ISBN: 7030291255; 9787030291257).
