Dr. Starr graduated with honors from Spelman College, earning a BS degree in Biology in She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2007. She received an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Certificate in 2008 at Lutheran Medical Center. It was there that she decided to go back to Howard University to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry. In 2010, Dr. Starr earned a certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Pediatric Dentistry from Howard University and has been practicing as a Pediatric Dentist for 3 years.
