About Eboni Boadi

It all started in the second grade. It was then that I started getting in “trouble” for being the first one to finish my work just in time to stir up conversation with my classmates. The teacher would move me all around the classroom, but each time I’d just make new friends. Now, years later, I’ve made a career out of “stirring up conversation”. Understanding what connects people to the world around them, then working together to determine how we can make those connections count, that’s what my conversations are about today. In the last several years, I’ve refined my raw sales talent into a career in nonprofit fundraising. In my first year as a fundraiser, I created a regional strategy that led to a more than 60% increase in mid-year performance and by my second year, I led the team to a near 40% increase in total funds raised. In order to accomplish this, I observed team members' strengths and played to those strengths at each event, meeting, and solicitation in order to maximize results. My strengths are building relationships with individuals, connecting people with philanthropic causes that align with their values, major gift fundraising, prospect research, special events, strategy, moves management, sales forecasting, developing and managing against Key Performance Metrics.
