Currently pursuing my Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University, my work spans program management, leadership development, and content creation aimed at fostering inclusive and impactful educational practices. I have successfully developed and led initiatives that center equity, such as culturally responsive curriculum development and professional learning for educators. With extensive experience in relationship building and public speaking, I thrive in environments that call for collaboration and strategic partnerships. I have cultivated strong, lasting relationships with school districts, community leaders, and external stakeholders, always with the goal of improving the educational experiences of underrepresented students. I am passionate about using my expertise to inspire others, lead organizational change, and drive initiatives that make meaningful impacts on educational equity.
