About Eboni Wescott

I’m a learning professional and advocate who is relentlessly committed to helping people unlock their potential. I care deeply about emotionally intelligent leadership and making learning more human—whether the setting is a classroom, a workshop, or a leadership program with high expectations and high visibility. My strength is turning big learning goals into real, well-run experiences. I’ve designed and facilitated leadership workshops, coached facilitators, coordinated logistics, and built structured delivery plans that keep programs smooth across virtual and in-person formats. I use feedback and data to improve what I build, and I bring a steady, detail-forward approach that helps teams execute with confidence.I hold an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration and have 4+ years of experience supporting learner-centered development through program delivery, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement. When I commit to a mission, I show up fully—and I’m most energized by roles where learning operations and delivery excellence directly support people and performance.
