Former Classroom Educator| It takes a village to raise a child () Currently, as an Associate Consultant at Manhattan Strategy Group, LLC (MSG), I provide technical assistance and analytical support for a range of U.S. Federal Government initiatives. These include the Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood Grantee Support and Advancement Project under the Family & Economic Stability Demonstration Innovation Division Program at the Office of Family Assistance, as well as the National Preschool Development Grant Birth Through Five (PDG B-5) Project. In this role, I collaborate closely with project leadership and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project reporting, organize and maintain key deliverables, and support webinars and events. Education has always been at the heart of my career and personal mission. What began as a passion for teaching in the classroom grew into a dedication to learning and helping others thrive through education. This journey led me from traditional K-12 education to adult learning and strategic planning during my time as Manager of Digital Learning and Marketing at the American Academy of Otolaryngology. There, I led the production of the organization’s flagship educational subscription, FLEX, a multi-million-dollar initiative designed to deliver continuing medical education (CME). I coached over 150 physician faculty members on developing CME content aligned with ACCME and MOC standards and used survey and evaluation data to guide product marketing campaigns. I also facilitated committee meetings and coordinated key activities during the 2022 annual meeting, ensuring alignment with educational goals. I hold a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Norfolk State University, and an associate’s degree in Social Sciences from Tidewater Community College. I thrive in environments that promote a growth mindset, strong organizational practices, and continuous learning. My core strengths include project management, product development, digital learning, active listening, adaptability, and attention to detail.
