Recently I decided to take the leap and explore a career change in a field that combines my two lifelong passions: helping others and problem-solving. I am currently pursuing my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and as a part of the program I am sharpening my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. I'm also finishing up my BA in Software Engineering while obtaining several other certificates. It has already been an exciting journey, and I'm excited to see where my learning takes me!For more than a decade, I have been providing exceptional customer service, administrative assistance, and IT support in various settings, leveraging my skills in communication, problem-solving, and technology. My curiosity about the way things work and my sincere desire to learn have stayed with me. and I've used my critical thinking skills to improve processes and create efficiencies throughout my professional career. I have experience working as a Team Lead, showcasing my ability to marry system thinking with a genuine people-oriented mindset. Also, with the extensive experience in customer service that I have, I still aim to learn and develop my skills to better my craft. I take pride in a job well done, especially when I can make someone else's life a little easier.I am passionate about enhancing the overall customer experience by demonstrating effective communication and empathy in dealing with a diverse range of passengers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions, and adapting to fast-paced and dynamic cruise schedules.
