I am a versatile clinical and operational leader with ten years of strategic operations and leadership experience in the United States Navy, five years in public and population health, and nine years as an Advanced Practice Provider across, Dermatology, Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, and Head and Neck/ENT surgery; two years in primary care and telehealth, including service as a sole provider; one year as a psychiatric APP; and three years as a Lead/Supervisory APP. In addition to clinical leadership, I have hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and governing healthcare artificial intelligence solutions, having served as the clinical operator for an EMR-integrated AI scribe pilot where I led workflow integration, real-world validation, and safety assessment, and advised leadership to defer system-wide implementation due to identified clinical and operational risks.
