I am a determined and highly-motivated UEFA qualified coach with a lifelong passion for football and solid, practical experience in coaching at all levels of the game. I am committed to my own professional development and I am currently completing my UEFA A Licence in tandem with my duties as manager of Balham FC. My success at Balham FC, which has been achieved on a fraction of the budget enjoyed by other clubs in the league, has gained recognition through my appointment as a member of the England C team’s coaching staff this season, as well as my acceptance on the FA Mentee Programme and the FA Level 2 Tutor Programme. Throughout my career I have developed clear ideas about modern coaching which reflect my own core values of hard work, dedication and a positive mindset.
