With nearly three years of experience as a Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer, I have gained a unique perspective on the value of Systems thinking in solving complex issues and achieving project success, especially in the area of safety. My ability to break down complex problems into their constituent parts has enabled me to deliver creative, effective solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. In pursuit of professional growth, I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Engineering Management program, where I am expanding my knowledge of leadership and developing a more comprehensive approach to Engineering.
