About Ebru Acar

I have been working as a Project Specialist in Command and Control Projects at Bites for more than a year. I take an active role in Agile project execution processes by performing the task of Scrum Master in projects. I make many presentations about the technical/program side of the projects. To determine and manage the project objectives and the works to be carried out within the scope of the project in detail, to manage the project within a certain methodology, to ensure the flow of information between the project stakeholders and to manage the project communication, to decide on the technologies to be used within the scope of the project, to evaluate the project performance, to regularly inform the project senior management about the progress of the project. I am improving myself day by day in areas such as informing, managing project risks, managing time and costs within the scope of project plans, managing the documentation and reporting of the project.
