As an experienced Bioanalytical Senior Manager, I have a well-rounded background and 22+ years of experience providing direct leadership, support, and day-to-day scientific and operational oversight of outsourced regulated bioanalysis. I pride myself on my ability to serve as a technical point of contact, leveraging my strong expertise in regulatory, technical, and standard industry practices in bioanalysis. I am also well-versed in coordinating and overseeing method validation and troubleshooting methods. I possess strong knowledge of managing external CROs, conducting strict oversight of bioanalytical methods, providing study support, biologics PK/PD/bioanalytics/immunogenicity, and managing assay development. Providing project management and bioanalytical support of small and larger molecules in discovery and development organizations has been critical to my success story. I have coordinated with non-clinical stakeholders to ensure timeline project deliverables and worked closely with the internal Bioanalytical team. Building long-term client relationships and leading a multi-disciplinary effort has also been critical to my success.
