First Class Business Information Technology Graduate looking for a position in the IT sector with prospects to progress and gain valuable experience and skills and will be willing to relocate.A graduate from Southampton Solent University, where I studied BSc (Hons) Business Information Technology. I thoroughly enjoyed the three year degree as the unit modules allowed me to gain a vast amount of skills and knowledge. In my spare time I have also attended University of Southampton during the second year of my degree, to study Arabic which was an evening class where I was able to broaden my language skills.After completing University I took up a great opportunity that was offered, to gain some experience relating to my degree. This involved volunteering to work on a project for Business South. I carried out the role of a Lead UX Designer and was in charge of carrying out the usability test and then analyzing the data. This particular project gave me insight into working with a real-life client, therefore I gained a lot of experience in regards to professionalism and customer service. I also learnt more on the whole process of usability testing and enhanced my knowledge gained from the three years at University by putting academic knowledge in to practice, which was a fantastic experience and opportunity.In the past, I have worked at a small cafe for work experience which helped obtain my confidence in interacting with customers and therefore was able to build my communication skills. I also worked as a waitress at BHS restaurant for 5 months. This job enabled me to experience and deal with customers of different age groups and also how to deal with an dissatisfied customer. In summary, as well as obtaining a first class degree, the skills and experience I have gained from past experiences to date include; technical skills such as usability testing as well as customer service, meeting and greeting customers and communication skills.
