I am currently Access to Care Claims Management Team Lead in UPMC Ireland. Responsible for managing claims across the UPMC healthcare services - UPMC’s operations in Ireland now include UPMC Whitfield Hospital in Waterford, UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, UPMC Kildare Hospital in Clane and UPMC Aut Even Hospital in Kilkenny. Outpatient care is available at the UPMC Carlow Outreach Centre, UPMC Hillman Cancer Centre radiotherapy locations at UPMC Whitfield and in Cork, the UPMC Sports Medicine Clinic at SETU Arena, Waterford, TUS Moylish Campus, Limerick, TUS Thurles Campus, Tipperary, and the UPMC Concussion Network. The UPMC Institute for Health is located in Mayo and the Global Technology Operation Centre is based in Kilkenny. UPMC is the Official Healthcare Partner of the GAA and GPA. I worked on the Derivatives team at State Street International (Ireland) in their European Derivatives Centre of Excellence Department (COE) under the State Street Global Services (SSGS) platform. Moreover, I am a graduate from Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) having completed a Masters in Business Studies (MBS), specialising in Management. Furthermore, I achieved a First Class Honours (1.1) grade with distinctions. This masters degree included a number of core management subjects: Knowledge Management; Management Development Skills; Leadership Development; Managing Change; Managing Corporate Creativity. Outlined below in the 'Experience' section of my profile, are additional modules I have completed as part of this particular Masters program In August 2013, I completed a Masters dissertation titled;"An Exploratory Investigation into Irish Consumers' Adoption and Use of M-Banking and M-Payments." Previous to this, I also graduated with an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) receiving a high Second Class Honours (2.1) grade. Excellent communication skills, highly competent, team player, and strict attention to detail are among my key attributes. In addition to all of the above, I am an active road runner. Having completed several half and full marathons races.
