Background
About Ed Belfour
Decades on the ice have helped prepare me for my second career leading Belfour Spirits. We craft ultra-premium whiskey that brings people together in celebration. I'm fascinated with all the details that go into mash bill creation, barrel selection, distillation, packaging and distribution. I'm involved in all aspects of our business. I assure you, I'm all in. For me, this is the perfect career post hockey. There are many similarities: the competition, the dedicated needed to succeed, the comradery of the team. And to now work alongside my family - and hopefully create a legacy in another way - makes the journey even sweeter.
