Primary responsibility for Enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) Program implementation, planning, and resource allocation. Creation, management, and scheduling of DR/BC risk analysis, DR Tier assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), annual testing and DR/BC audit compliance for over systems. Detailed planning and execution of DR/BC failover exercises for critical infrastructure components and applications. Analysis and approval of system architectural proposals for new projects and implementations. Review of change control to ensure conformity to DR/BC policies and procedures. I am skilled at defining strategies, developing innovative solutions to complex issues through my extensive knowledge and experience in IT business. My proven ability to drive successful results by working collaboratively across multiple disciplines such as operations, clinical, Information Technology, finance, sales and IT has enabled me to be an asset to any team or department. I have been very fortunate in my career to work in positions that allow me to continually develop myself and those around me.
