Ed Bynum is a partner and manager of AssuredPartners Sumter which has been insuring businesses and families in the Midlands of South Carolina since 1955. Ed and his team consistently strive to exceed customer expectations in covering their risk at a competitive price. A Sumter, SC native, Ed is very active in his community. He has served as Chairman of the Sumter Chamber of Commerce, Sumter County Planning Commission, Sunset Country Club, YMCA of Sumter, Sandhills School, and the Sumter Rotary Club. He has also served as a member of the Sumter County Development Board. Ed is currently a member of the Wilson Hall School board.
