Prior to joining Lintech International, I was the Regional HR Manager for CertusBank - South Georgia & Northern Florida Region. I was based in Macon, GA but my region included branches in Columbus, Savannah, Brunswick and Valdosta, GA plus Jacksonville, FL. I believe in caring for my teammates in a direct, personal manner. By helping my business managers with HR issues, I enable them to focus on their lines of business. While I have experience in all areas of Human Resources, my passion is onboarding new teammates and 1-on-1 instruction in areas such as benefits and the use of HRIS / payroll systems.
