About Ed Carr

Mr. Carr is an expert on air quality modeling, monitoring, meteorology and outdoor air quality programs as used in environment impacts and assessments. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Carr has consulted with numerous federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private industry in virtually every region of the country, as well as internationally. He has consulted agencies and governments on regulatory strategies associated with the use of air quality models and air quality monitoring across a broad range of scales (10’s meters to 100’s kilometers). Mr. Carr has completed dozens of air quality analyses in support of environmental assessments. These studies have encompassed a full range of effort from as little as a few days to multi-year efforts. In addition to air quality impacts assessments he has conducted a number of air toxic assessment including multi-pathway assessments for multi-source risk assessment studies.
