Before going solo, I spent four years at an early-stage startup, working my way up from Video Editor alongside the Founder, to the Managing Director, where I led a team of six. That experience forced me to become a true generalist - running ads, building funnels, jumping on sales calls, and shaping growth strategy from the ground up. Now I bring that breadth into my freelance work, combining a performance marketing core with a big-picture view of how sales and marketing connect. I’ve delivered results for over 40 clients, from challenger FMCG brands to national governing bodies to service providers.
