This included credit card processing, POS, website business along with other floral specific products. Actively engaged with non-FTD members around the country working with them to join FTD and sell our suite of products/services. Surpassed and delivered sustainable sales results/objectives year after year through leadership, competency and concierge customer relations. Worked with many different internal teams to ensure best service for our top tier customers. Very involved in the industry attending many local, regional and national meetings and conferences. Attended and lobbied for the floral industry in Washington DC almost every year. A board member for the Oklahoma State Floral Association for 10+ years.
