About Ed Dibble

Ed joined Truist in January 2022. Prior to Truist, Ed was a member of Wells Fargo’s Executive Recruiting Center of Excellence (COE) and primarily managed executive-level searches for Wealth and Investment Management (WIM). Prior to transitioning to Executive Recruiting, Ed managed a national recruiting team (9 Recruiting Consultants, 3 Staffing Specialists) focused on the following WIM lines of business- Investment and Fiduciary Services (IFS)- Private Banking - Asset Management - Wealth Brokerage Services (WBS)- Wealth Management Services (WMS)- Wells Fargo Investment Institute In addition, Ed was responsible for managing WIM's Early Talent Recruiting. Ed's recruiting journey began as an external search recruiter specializing in the placement of Accounting & Finance professionals, primarily with Fortune 50 companies headquartered in the Southeast and financial services firms with national or regional footprints. His professional industry experience consists of Energy and Financial Services where he held financial analyst roles with Bank of America, Duke Energy and Wachovia Securities. Additionally, Ed was an Assistant Controller with Marriott Hotels, Resorts and Suites. A native of New York, he received his B.S. Accounting degree from Ithaca College. Prior to attending Ithaca, he participated in Rotary International's Study Abroad Program as an exchange student to Warsaw, Poland.
