Also awarded the HR Star award for outstanding performance three times- Devised a system to track disability, FMLA and Workers Compensation claims electronically that saved over annually- Re-started the HR department in a $40 million a year manufacturing facility during one of the most rapid periods of growth in company history- Used innovative approach to get needed technical, communication and measurement skills by forming a partnership with a local Community College to do traing on-site.
