About Ed Ellinger

I’m a Senior Project Manager with experience developing project strategies, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating and sourcing vendors and contractors, and managing key accounts that drive business health and revenue growth. Everything in my career has been project related, whether it was building assets and developing financial plans, coming up with sales strategies, or guiding large-scale office moves for thousands of employees. My background includes roles in finance, healthcare, and retail which has given me great insight into diverse business operations and exposure to learning and working with many different types of technology. In my project management role, I am tasked with high level problem solving and managing complex projects with many moving parts and many different team players. I am known for being a good communicator. It is important to me to always keep channels of communication open so that there are no surprises, and everyone always knows where things stand. Listening is also a very important component and I pay attention to the little things that people say and don’t say. This style has led to trusted and lasting professional relationships which in turn have led to repeat and expanded business opportunities. My personal motto is, “You cannot avoid risk; you adjust”. One constant is always going to be change and you have to be prepared for it and embrace it. I like a good challenge and I get a lot of energy from putting the puzzle pieces together to bring a project to successful fruition, which includes building strong teams and solid business plans. I really enjoy supporting my clients and team members to make sure everyone has what they need and are satisfied with the project results. I like to work collaboratively and have a knack for pulling people together to ensure everyone is on the same page and making sure that we have the right people in the room for conversations and project planning. I look forward to continuing to utilize my ability to organize people, data, and processes to solve business challenges and meet business needs.
