Air Force Lead for international "The Technical Cooperation Program"(TTCP) HUM JP3 - Protection & Performance of People in Air Systems. Recently worked on both physical and cognitive components of human performance and biomarker indicators. Developed the Human Performance Lab (Now named the STRONG Lab) at Wright-Patterson AFB.
