My focus is and always has been on consistently exceeding my sales objectives. Year after year I surpassed my annual sales quota during my five years at Avaya and 14 years at Nortel Networks. My consultative sales approach and laser focus on understanding my customers’ business needs and providing them with the right solutions have been key to my success. My strengths include: Effectively articulating the value of new technologies and applications to enterprise customers at all levels of the organization. Quickly establishing productive CXO relationships within each account and working with lines of business to identify new opportunities. Leveraging industry knowledge, applications, and product knowledge to identify and close opportunities with existing and new clients. Building multinational sales teams and ensuring they have the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to succeed. Collaborating with channel partners to improve their ability to sell, deliver, and manage new product technologies.
