Knowing my clients and their business is essential and I spend considerable time developing relationships, at C-suite and operational level to ascertain their organisations goals and objectives, so that, by working with our architects’ sales specialists and consultants I can create account plans. The Account Plans identify opportunities which lead to signings and grow revenue. Working with my financial analyst and delivery leads we look at how we deliver services and ways where we can affect savings to grow margin yet maintain or enhance customer satisfaction. I feel my experience and skillset help me make an impactful contribution to the role.
