With over 15 years of experience in the agriculture and machinery manufacturing industry, I approach challenges with a pragmatic and solutions-oriented mindset. As Sales and Business Development Manager at Perkins Engines Company Limited, I work strategically with customers to develop sustainable solutions that support their operations and accelerate the energy transition. My focus is on understanding the intricacies of their businesses, enabling me to identify key challenges and deliver tailored, long-term strategies. My passion for UK agriculture extends to speaking at prominent industry forums, including CUPGRA and the Jersey Farming Conference. My leadership within the Agricultural Engineers Association, where I have chaired the Technical Committee and served on the Farm Equipment Council, allowed me to collaborate with industry leaders on shaping the future of the sector. Outside of work, I am a proud husband and father who loves to travel and learn from others.
