Most recently I supported the world wide delivery of services and support to dispersed accounts which included the planning, budgeting and delivery across dozens of countries globally. I am an effective communicator and experienced at facilitating meetings and collaborating with stakeholders in support of business and IT infrastructure initiatives. My success comes from attention to detail, innovation, analytical skills and patience to mine through large amounts of data, analyse data and produce reports that ensure financial targets are met. These efforts and contributions play a significant role in negotiating multi-million dollar vendor contracts, their management and annual renewals, and identify and realize savings in contract negotiations. My in-depth knowledge of Excel, out of the box thinking and the ability to manage challenging tasks and data from multiple dissimilar data sources resulted in the implementation of a more efficient global billing process to achieve cost transparency and recover the cost of services provided on an ongoing basis.
