About Ed Krancher

Position: Ed is Senior Client Partner and Sectorleader in the Korn Ferry Hay Group Amterdam office (Netherlands). Ed joined Hay Group in the Netherlands in 2001, moved to Hay Group Indonesia in 2008 as Managing Consultant and MT member and moved back to the Netherlands into his current role in 2011. Roles: Ed acts in client relationship, project leadership, expertise- and facilitating roles. In these roles Ed identifies himself with the needs of an organization, develops a partnership and likes to co-create solutions without losing his independent advisory role. Areas of expertise: Ed translates the strategy of a client in clear organization solutions and helps to improve the performance orientation and effective behaviour of his client’s leaders,(leadership) teams and employees. He does this in insightful and challenging dialogues and interactive work sessions, while staying focussed on and committed to the strategy and desired business results of the client organization. In developing client solutions Ed draws from most areas of Korn Ferry Hay Group’s expertise: strategy clarification, organization and job design, work measurement, clarification of management (team) roles and responsibilities, assessments, leadership and talent development and facilitation of teams towards higher team effectiviness and engaging/enabling organization climates.
