I have spent more than two decades helping agencies to grow through winning big pitches, developing positive client & stakeholder relationships, managing teams and delivering award winning projects. My focus is mainly on- Business and marketing strategy - New business development and client/partner development - Contract and pricing negotiation - Client services and operational team management - Profit increase through operational efficiency - Programme & change management I am involved in multiple voluntary or paid passion projects, supporting gender equality or anyone disadvantaged, disowned or just unlucky- I volunteer for three sport for good organisations: o Cricket Without Boundaries, where I am part of the Delivery Team o Street Child United, helping deliver their Street Child Cricket World Cup in Chennai, India, in September 2023 and the 2027 version in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. o Sussex Cricket Foundation, with whom I help run a weekly Sporting Memories session for the elderly, those with conditions like dementia, or those who just want to increase their social contact. I am an Independent Visitor (to a child in care). I am also supporting the Cyprus Cricket Federation to advance cricket in Cyprus, with a focus on coaching the national women's side who operate with little support, equipment or facilities. I have successfully started the girls' section at Steyning Cricket Club in 2025, acting as both organiser & coach, with the ultimate aim of matching the boys & men’s side of the club. In parallel, I’m also Women & Girls Head Coach at Brighton & Hove Cricket Club, the largest in Sussex. Outside of work I live in Steyning and am amicably divorced with my twin thirteen year-old girls living with me half the time. I enjoy all sports, play touch rugby and cricket regularly, and am an ECB qualified Level 2 Cricket Coach.
