About Ed Little

Previous to working with Community Access Services in Beaverton, Oregon, I was the Brokerage Director for MENTOR Oregon's Mid-Valley Brokerage since October 2010. I managed all financial and program operations in five Oregon counties with a team of 20 supporting over 600 adults with intellectual/developmental disabilties. I began with MENTOR Oregon as a Personal Agent in the Mid-Valley region, supporting adults and their families in Lane and Linn Counties. Prior to MENTOR Oregon, I was a project specialist with Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation (OTAC) in Salem, Oregon. My work took me throughout the state Oregon facilitating person-centered planning meetings, workshops, and provided technical assistance on Oregon's comprehensive Individualized Support Plan system for individuals with IDD, families, provider agencies, county and state programs. Before moving to Oregon, I was an independent consultant with multiple provider organizations in Northern Arizona, supporting individuals with IDD and families dealing with domestic violence. My career in the human services began with volunteer work in the mid-1980s and I went on to working in group homes for children in my home town on the Dine (Navajo) Nation.
