About Ed Lucas

I have effectively served in many capacities as I climbed the ladder in the construction industry in tenure of nearly twenty years. Of those, I have held the positions of Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Senior Estimator, Project Manager, and Construction Manager to name a few. I have successfully completed projects for a variety of entities which include the governmental level, technological and educational clients, as well as a handful of mid and high-rise mixed-use condominium buildings. The overall values of these projects range from under one million to nearly one hundred million dollars. While maintaining owner relations has always been an absolute necessity throughout the process in all the positions I’ve held, I was also involved with marketing to them and assisting with the presentations. As the responsibilities of Project Superintendent include the scheduling of the day-to-day site activities, I developed the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with all the trades. This was only possible by having an intricate knowledge of their individual contributions to my projects.
