Warriors2Racers is a dedicated driver and crew development program organized, directed, and operated by veterans for our fellow military veteran brothers and sisters as part of the Resilience Racing portfolio, a 501(c)3 Not for Profit.Regardless of ability or disability, with or without racing experience, we get these folks working on and driving real racing cars with primary focus on endurance (7 hour plus) racing. This creates a true team mentality with multiple drivers, strategists, support crew, and mechanics all working together to get to the podium. The program is based just outside of Manassas, Virginia but is partnering with multiple other veteran racing organizations across the US to increase opportunities to participate and diversify the development programs. About me: I'm a USAF veteran and a formerly licensed FIA International Class C Pro Racing Driver turned high-performance driving instructor (MSF Level 2 Certified) and racer in the American Endurance Racing (AER) series. I have experience driving many different types of vehicles - everything from sportscars to formula cars to supercars and everything in between.In my professional life, I'm a cybersecurity program manager with experience in software development, analysis/process development, small business development, intelligence analysis, relational databases, training/instruction, and policy development. I'm also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
