I was brought into an ongoing avionics data acquisition project that needed feature enhancements and was suffering from timing and quality problems. I designed and implemented the flight data recorder interface plus other enhancements and bug fixes. As a result of the efforts of myself and the team, it was delivered on time and with a level of quality that changed our company from being a red light threat to the schedule of the aircraft, to being a green light vendor. Honeywell/Bombardier was the customer. In 2006, earned Scrum Master certification. Earned Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005.
