As a team lead and mentor, I empower the continual development and evolution of my people. We are constantly learning and pushing the boundaries so that we can keep BMS at the forefront. Currently, we are working on transformation of the access management and identity platform I built from on-premise to AWS cloud, collaborating with AWS teams on design and strategy for migration from Linux Server with Oracle database to multi-region, multi-AZ EC2s with Postgres database hosted on cloud. In my earlier career, I built on-board diagnostics for the TAT-9 transatlantic fiber optic cable — 1st ever to operate at 565 Mbit/s; rebuilt weather.com’s infrastructure following devastating losses due to Hurricane Floyd; and teamed with iPlanet to convert the NJ Department of Health & Human Services to an open-standards based IT Services infrastructure. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE Design of cloud-based service-delivery architecture with a cloud-ready transition plan to meet datacenter close-out dates. Development and deployment of business partner engagement and registration systems, which delivered 70% cost reduction and provides un-precedented visibility and management of access control. Integration of multiple enterprise systems with access control management through SOAP/RESTful APIs.
