About Ed Phillips

Growing up and educated in the Midwest Rust Belt, I moved to Arizona and started from scratch as a young man. There were only 2 people in the state I knew so I was on my own. Success motivated me and that passion included forecasting the weather. With my degree in Meteorology, I hounded weather employers (of which there were very few in Arizona). After a year, a local radio station hired me and that led to a long career in radio and television. That career showed me that my true passion was communication in any form. After writing 27 weather almanacs, expert testimony in court, and speaking to hundreds of groups I came to this conclusion: “I am a media agnostic.” No matter what medium someone uses, it is all simply a method of exchanging content. Is it important? You bet it is! Is it powerful? It can be. For better or worse. Is it unique? Yes, but it has many, many flavors. My media and communications passion has evolved into: “Success is getting your powerful message to your target market using the right media.” I help people and businesses succeed by using media and communications of any form to achieve their goals.
