I bring over two decades of experience in the Floor Care industry, where I built my career from the ground up—literally. From walking floors with customers to leading national sales teams, I’ve spent 20+ years solving real-world problems with practical solutions, primarily in floor scrubber sales. That’s where I learned how to build relationships that last, close complex deals, and deliver results in fast-paced, competitive markets. In 2018, I joined EnerSys with a mission: to help launch and grow a Floor Care division from the ground up. It was a bold move—and exactly the kind of challenge I thrive on. Since then, I’ve stepped into the role of Director of National Accounts, leading strategy, building high-impact partnerships, and driving growth across key verticals. What sets me apart? I think like a customer, act like an owner, and lead with transparency. Whether I’m negotiating a national contract or mentoring a new rep, my focus is always the same: create value, solve problems, and keep moving forward. I’m always open to connecting with people who are building, growing, or rethinking how they approach sales and strategic partnerships—especially in sectors that are being reshaped by innovation and energy transformation.
